The JSTraderPath is a unique comprehensive development process offered personally by founder John Slazas, that guides traders with his insight into creating a sustainable trading program as the basis for a trading business. John directs traders in the development of a TradePlan that can be consistently applied as a TradeStrategy with parameters that will attract capital. John works with a traders’ own execution and trade management tactics to optimized them by incorporating metric parameters, which systematize the strategy making it unified across all markets, asset classes and time frames. The performance of trading tactics is enhanced further by incorporating further understanding of order-book dynamics, the use of volatility indices and correlated markets to improve results. The end result is a Strategy Based Trading program that is applicable across all markets and conditions as the basis for a managed or private trading program.

TraderPath Development Program

The TraderPath analysis guides traders in creating trade program as the basis for a sustainable trading business model. Traders are guided through the TradePlan, TradeStrategy and TradeTactics Analysis with respect to creating both personal and managed account type programs. Trading is monitored to ensure the proper execution of strategy and tactics in accordance to risk metrics defined in the trade plan. The trader is mentored through a performance challenge as the basis for creating a track record to attract funding which also acts as a 3rd party account verification of the method. Traders have access to the JS algo library whose configurations serve as the framework for creating customized automated trading templates. Candidates who pass certain performance metrics are invited to participate in JS partner programs.

Trader’s complete the TradePlan, TradeStrategy and TradeTactics Analysis programs which result in a custom MyTradePlan, MyTradeStrategy and MyTradeTactics. This forms the foundation for a complete trading program based on a structured approach.

Performance Monitoring

Daily monitoring of performance to ensure proper execution of strategy and tactics.  John critiques performance to support a trader’s own journal on the proper execution of the trade program.

Mentoring

Daily mentoring and monitoring of performance metrics as a basis for creating a track record for funding. John works with traders to pass performance metrics which are used for funding through affiliate trade groups.
